Whether opting for the most popular Fully Managed, comprehensive Rent Collect or simply Tenant Find, this always starts with extensive marketing through our website and portals such as Rightmove. We will then carry out extensive referencing on successful applicants, ensuring your property is let to the right person. Tenancy documents are created and the move-in is overseen by a member of our team to guarantee a smooth hand-over.
With both Fully Managed and Rent Collect, we look after all financial aspects to the tenancy. This includes registering a deposit with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme or, should you wish, arranging a Zero Deposit. We will then collect rent on a monthly basis, pass this onto you together with the relevant statement. Should they occur, any rent arrears will be dealt with promptly. Where necessary, we will assist with the issuance of legal documents.
Exclusively through our Fully Managed service, we look after your property in its entirety through the duration of the tenancy. This includes any property maintenance issues which may arise and will be dealt with by our in-house team. Mid-term inspections will also be carried out to ensure tenants are looking after your property as you’d expect, and complying with the terms of lease.
